The SET-50 is the industry standard for sharp edge testing. It has been chosen and published by UL as their preferred design!

It consists of a clam shell type housing that fits into the palm of a hand and has a shorter arm. Sealed ball bearing have been added to reduce friction, and a new spring was installed to meet the latest UL force requirements. The unit comes in a protective storage box (not shown).

Meets Requirements for Testing Standard(s) including but not limited to:IEC 60950 EN 60950 UL 1450

測(cè)試用途

用于檢測(cè)電器類產(chǎn)品，包括電腦、日用家電電子設(shè)備等產(chǎn)品上，可觸及到的位置是否存在危害到使用者**的銳利性邊緣，屬**性測(cè)試用途。

使用方法及理解

1. 將測(cè)試頭套在測(cè)試器的測(cè)試頭上;

2. 把壓力測(cè)試頭放在被測(cè)試的邊緣上后，立即使用0.68KG的力沿著被測(cè)試邊緣移動(dòng)2英寸，然后再返回到起點(diǎn)，總共移動(dòng)的距離為4英寸;

3. 測(cè)試完后，檢查測(cè)試頭，如果測(cè)試頭上*外兩層(模擬皮膚)有被劃開，則表明該測(cè)試邊緣為銳利邊緣;
